Shipping policy

We print every order in Auckland and ship anywhere in New Zealand. We don't ship overseas at the moment.

Printing time

Our Ready to order items are printed after you order, in the colour you choose. Most orders are printed and dispatched within 2 to 4 working days. Larger items, bigger orders or busy weeks may take a little longer, and we'll email you if there's a delay.

For custom print requests, we'll give you an estimated dispatch time with your quote.

Delivery

All parcels are sent by tracked courier from Auckland. Once dispatched, most parcels arrive in 1 to 2 working days in the North Island and 2 to 3 working days in the South Island. Rural addresses usually take 1 to 2 days longer. You'll get an email with your tracking number when your order ships.

Shipping costs

Shipping is worked out at checkout from the size of your parcel:

• Urban addresses: $12.00 to $21.50
• Rural addresses (with an RD number): $18.00 to $27.50

Please choose the rural option if your address has an RD number. If the wrong option is chosen, we may need to charge the $6 rural difference before sending your parcel.

Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address given at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change it.
